What’s Inside McDonalds’ New Happy-Meal Inspired Box For Adults

So you fired up McDonald’s. You are a fully fledged adult. You absolutely don’t need a toy with your meal, do you?

Joke – of course you do.

The fast food chain will soon be selling boxed meals aimed at adults, and each one has a cool and weird figurine inside.

The meal also has an odd name – the cactus plant flea market box – based on the fashion brand collaborate with McDonald’s on this promotion.

According to McDonald’s, the box is inspired by the memory of enjoying a Happy Meal as a child. The exterior of the box is multicolored and features the familiar golden arches of the chain.

The first day you can get a box from the Cactus Plant Flea Market will be Monday, October 3. Prices are set by individual restaurants and may vary, according to McDonald’s. It will be available at the drive-thru, in-restaurant, on delivery or on the McDonald’s app, while supplies last.

You can choose between a Big Mac or a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets. It will also be accompanied by fries and a drink.

Now about those toys. The boxes will be packed in one of four figures. Three of the four appear to be artistic and tackle classic McDonald’s characters Grimace, Hamburglar and Birdie the Early Bird, while the fourth is a little yellow guy wearing a McDonald’s shirt called Cactus Buddy.

In other McD’s news, Halloween buckets may return to the channel this fall. So leave some room in your stomach for a round trip.
