Under Sir Alex Ferguson, United won 13 championships between 1992/93 and 2012/13.

Manchester City — 8 Titles
Manchester City’s rise transformed the modern Premier League.
Their first Premier League title arrived dramatically in 2011/12. City later became the first club in Premier League history to win four consecutive titles, doing so from 2020/21 through 2023/24.
They currently sit second in the all-time Premier League title ranking with eight championships.
Chelsea — 5 Titles
Chelsea have won five Premier League championships.
Their first came in 2004/05 under José Mourinho, followed immediately by another in 2005/06.

Arsenal — 4 Titles
Arsenal have now won the Premier League four times:
1997/98, 2001/02, 2003/04 and 2025/26.
The 2003/04 team became known as The Invincibles after completing the entire league campaign without losing a match.
Then came a 22-year wait.
Mikel Arteta finally led Arsenal back to the top in 2025/26. They finished the season with 85 points, seven ahead of second-placed Manchester City.
The triumph also made Arteta the 13th different manager to win the Premier League.
Liverpool — 2 Titles
Liverpool’s enormous success in English football predates the Premier League, but they have also won the modern competition twice.
Their first Premier League championship came in 2019/20.
They returned to the top in 2024/25, securing their second Premier League title.
An important distinction is that Premier League titles and total English top-flight titles are not the same statistic. Liverpool had already accumulated numerous league championships before the Premier League was created in 1992.
Blackburn Rovers — 1 Title
Blackburn Rovers produced one of the defining title campaigns of the Premier League’s early years.
They became champions in 1994/95, interrupting Manchester United’s early dominance.
It remains Blackburn’s only Premier League title.

Few championship stories in modern football are remembered like Leicester City’s 2015/16 triumph.
